What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase from Fluide. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at support@fluide.us or call us at 845.478.4170.

What's your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. At Fluide, we only collect information necessary to complete your order or to get in touch with you regarding your order. Information collected at checkout includes name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and telephone number. We will never store your credit card information. We will also never sell your personal information to a third party. We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via the email address in your customer account.

Is this site secure?

All personal information submitted through this site is protected. No information is ever disclosed to any third parties. The Fluide server uses a special encryption to make sure the private information provided during the purchase process stays secure. Fluide will never store credit card information. Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic and Canadian orders over $35.00.

Non-promotional shipping rates are as follows:

Ground shipping within the United States is $5.00.
Shipping to Canada is $8.00 flat rate.

Fluide currently does not ship outside the United States and Canada.

What if I encounter errors during check out?

If you encounter an error during the check out process, it is most likely your browser and our website are not cooperating. Depending on when the error occurs, your bank may hold funds in your account, but they will not be released to Fluide. Please contact us at support@fluide.us if this happens!

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, first log into your customer account. From there, you can select the option to view the order. Once you have clicked on the order, you will be able to see if it is fulfilled, shipped, or being held. If you checked out as a guest, please contact support@fluide.us to check the status of your order.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship same day or next day after date of purchase, depending upon the time of day of your order; orders placed before noon EST will be processed the same day. You can always log in to your customer account or use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to track packages.

How can I change my order?

In order to expedite shipping, orders are processed soon after being placed, which makes it difficult to cancel an order. Depending upon timing, however, it may be possible to cancel an order by contacting support@fluide.us.

Do you have gift certificates?

Fluide makes a great gift! Gift certificates are currently available in denominations of $15, $25, $50, and $100. 

Do you test your products on animals?

No, Fluide products are not tested on animals. 

Are your products vegan? 

Our liquid lipstick contains beeswax so it is not vegan, but our nail polish and glitters are vegan. 

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes, Fluide products are made in the USA.
