Marketing Manager Job Description

We Are Fluide is a mission-driven, DTC startup creating vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free beauty products designed for all skin shades and gender expressions. Through providing a platform and amplifying the voices of queer and gender expansive identities, we hope to expand the definition of beauty and inspire others to create their identities on their own terms, opening up possibilities for everyone’s self-expression.

Our small, founder-led team is looking for a creative, passionate and thoughtful digital marketer to play a key role in our growth, focused on social media, retention strategies, and community building. The Digital Marketing Manager will  develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including organic social, paid social, SEO/SEM, display advertising, email, text, retention marketing and community-building and influencer strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and understands the tools, techniques and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Location agnostic/remote is acceptable. Minimum 3 years marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
